TMP equipment is kept in immaculate, like-new condition at all times, and we expect the same level of care from all renters.

Condition & Liability Policy (Read Carefully)

TMP Gear Condition

• Every piece of TMP equipment is delivered in pristine, fully functional condition.

• Gear must be returned in the exact same condition — clean, undamaged, and fully working.

• Cosmetic Damage Cannot Be Repaired.

• On professional audio gear, scratches, dents, and marks cannot be repaired. Any cosmetic damage is considered permanent downgrade and requires full or partial replacement at the renter’s cost.

Functional Responsibility:

You are responsible for any functional issues that occur during your rental, including:

• Driver damage

• DSP, amp, or preset issues

• Broken connectors

• Drops or impact damage

• Liquid or weather damage

• Misuse or overpowering the speakers

TMP does not accept downgraded or damaged equipment under any circumstances.

TMP’s Full Inspection Process (Very Strict)

TMP performs a 100% full inspection on every single return — no exceptions.

For speakers, we test:

• All drivers (HF & LF)

• DSP, menus, and internal processing

• All inputs/outputs

•  Knobs, switches, and structural integrity

• Noise floor, limiter, and overall performance

For DJ gear (when applicable):

• Every button, knob, fader, encoder

• All inputs/outputs

• All internal functions

• Jog wheels, motors, USB/network ports

• Displays and menu operations

This ensures every renter receives flawless, like-new gear and maintains TMP’s professional standard.

If any damage is discovered during inspection, the renter is fully responsible for replacement or repair (if repair is even possible).

Pickup / Return

• Pickup only (Brooklyn – ZIP 11205)

• Item must be returned on time

• Late returns may incur a fee (30 minute grace period)

Cancellation Terms

Free cancellation until 30 days before your rental starts. After that, you'll get half your money back until 14 days before.
